He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dixon and Callie Oldham Dixon; and his siblings, Charlie Hart, Faye Probus and Margaret Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Dixon of Caneyville; his children, Alicia Wells (Kenny), Matthew Dixon (Samantha), Shannon Johnston (Scott), Tabitha Miller, Jennifer Duvall (Brian) and Doug Walden; his grandchildren, Neil, Travis, Alex, Laura Wells, Alisa, Alayna Johnston and Brayden Duvall; and his sisters, Sue Fields, Frances Fulkerson and Mary Sherrard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
