She was predeceased by: her parents, Daymon Whitehead and Augusta Frames Whitehead; her husband Roscoe Swift; and her brothers, Ralph, Phillip Woosley and Bobby Whitehead.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Gail; her grandchildren, Candis Carpenter (Shane), Katye Mullins (Mikey), Kristi Lacefield (Mike), Rayland, Ryeline, Alyssa Lynn, Heaven Leigh and Ariana Skye; her great grandchild Kreedence Brandon Rhea Higgs; her grandchildren, Floyd Wayne and Aleatha Brooke Higgs (Tyler); her sister-in-law Cathy Shaw; her siblings, Patricia Bratcher of Caneyville, Wendell Woosley (Georgia) of Louisville, Charles Whitehead (Linda) of Elizabethtown and Roger Whitehead (Judy) of Elizabethtown; her sisters-in-law, Patsy Whitehead of Elizabethtown and Karen Woosley of Leitchfield; and her friend Barbara Lacefield.
