He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Embry and Ollie Raymer Embry; and his siblings, Omer, Herman, Sherman, Charles Embry, Lorene Preston and Jerldean Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Blanch Felty Embry; his children, Jeff, Greg Embry and Saundra Yerian (Brian); his grandchildren, Joshua Raymer, Whitney Combs (Brandon) and Cody Embry (Whitney); and his siblings, Damon Embry, Norma Jean Baker, Betty Preston and Joyce Ann Nash. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
