He is survived by: his children, Samantha Cottrell (Adam) of Leitchfield and Jeremy Pharris (Brenda) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Gracie, Jacob, Ella and Brynlee; his sister Mary Ellen Lee of Caneyville; and his brothers-in-law, Ricky Smith of Leitchfield and Curtis Fleener of Short Creek.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
