It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brooks of Caneyville, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Proctor Litsey and Ruby May Green Litsey; and her husband Donald Brooks. She is survived by : her daughter Jennifer Carnes (Wayne); her grandchildren, Fallon (Joseph), Lauren, Josh (Tiffany) and Caleb (Olivia); and her sisters, Betty Witten (Paul) and Barbara Warfield. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
