He was predeceased by : his brothers, Randall and Joe Junior Embry. He is survived by : his wife Shirley McLevain Embry of Caneyville, KY; his daughter Rita Potts (John); his grandchildren, Reagan of Henderson, KY, Erin of Henderson, KY, Gracie of Henderson, KY and Kendall Potts of Henderson, KY; and his sisters, Ruby Baxter of Caneyville, KY and Pauline Sharp of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
