He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Pitonyak (John); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hornbostel (Emo), Charles Hornbostel, Danielle Gravelle, Beverly Pitonyak and John Pitoynak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
