He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Quisenberry and Grace Mudd Quisenberry; his wife Vickie Tomms Quisenberry; his nieces and nephews, Chaley Hughes, Rodney Quisenberry, Tracey Jones, Danny Cunningham and Joe Johnson; his siblings, Louis, Ruben, David, Daymon Quisenberry and Ruby Bruner; and his sister-in-law Rita Quisenberry.
He is survived by: his children, Charlene Young (Richard Jr.) of Caneyville, Tonya Helphenstine of Caneyville, Charity Quisenberry of Caneyville and Jasper Quisenberry (Kathy) of Caneyville; his grandchildren, Gabby Moore (David), Melissa Mears (Stetson), Leo Helphenstine IV (Savannah), Jasmine Keener (Demetre), Melody Buis (Chris), Daniel Clark, Tooter Sebastian (Miranda), Jacob Helphenstine, Jared Quisenberry, Ariel Quisenberry, Sammy Hack and Zoe Apticar; and his siblings, Ronnie Quisenberry of Cecilia and Dee Carter (Larry) of Edmonson County. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
