She is survived by: her husband Harold Decker; her sons, Tommy Shelton of Clarkson, Michael Shelton of Big Clifty and Danny Shelton of Caneyville; and her siblings, John, Jim Spurlock of Atlanta, MI., Barbara Hubbard of Milo, MI and Jackie Reams of Williamsburg, KY.
