He is survived by: his children, Boyd Brooks (Sue) of Short Creek, Lannie Brooks (Wanda) of Caneyville, Lattie Brooks of Morgantown and Hattie Cornelius (Clay) of Morgantown. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
