He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Shirley and Zada Moss Shirley; and his siblings, Glen, Wayne, Ernest Shirley, Edith Phillips, Beatrice Brock and Voyce Burris.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sneed Shirley; his children, Sharon Blair of Greensburg One and Larry Shirley; his grandchildren, Amanda Giles (Troy Kays) and Joseph Smith (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Landon, Nevaeh, Colton, Max, Olivia and Hudson. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
