He is survived by: his children, Nathaniel Patrick of West Liberty, Kentucky, Cheyanne Clinton Bailey of Beattyville and Chasidy Spencer of Campton, Kentucky; and his siblings, Michael Elmore (JoAnn) of Lee City, Jessie Elmore McFall of Louisville, Kentucky, Yoloanda Tonya Elmore (Brent Nickell) of Campton and Nicole Elmore McFall of Louisville, Kentucky.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
