He is survived by: his wife Heather Benham Banks of Jackson, KY; his mother Patricia Wills Banks of Jackson, KY; his daughters, Destiny Danielle Banks and Alyssa Raelynn Banks of Jackson, KY.; and his siblings, Larry Banks (Anna) of Campton, KY, Steve Banks (Brooke) of Hazard, KY, Rebecca Ernst (Ron) of Jackson, KY, Lynn Berryman (Gary) of Richmond, KY and Etta Glover (Paul).
