He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Harvey and Evelyn Ritchie Harvey; his wife Freda Brewer Harvey; and his brothers, Teddy Harvey and Freddie Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Ashley Harvey of Campton, Senecia Beth Richards (Greg) of Berea, Tracy Blanton of Campton and Scott Kimelton of Pippa Passes, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Breanna Lutes (Steven), Denny Blanton (Tiffany), Tristan Mcleskey, Frost Sallie, Jace Harvey and Landin Rose; and his siblings, Doyle Harvey (Evedna Jo) of Salyersville, Kentucky, Lida Wireman (Robert) of Salyersville, Linda Howard (Terry) of Salyersville and Barbara Gilliland (Kenny) of Morehead, Kentucky.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family ask that donations be made to the Wolfe County Animal Shelter.
