He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Cecil (Combs); his siblings-in-law, Bobby D. Morris and Sheila K. Cecil; his cousins, Stanley J. Mullins and Anna Lois Scigliano; his nephews, Garry Morris, Larry Morris, Mike Cecil and Tony Cecil; and his niece Kristy Aldridge.
