He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Cecil Perry and JoAnn Brewer Perry; his significant other Agnes "Aggie Red" Fortner Perry; and his siblings, James Perry, Gary Perry, Larry Perry, Mike Perry, Mary Terrill, Robin Sell and Brenda Perry.
He is survived by: his children, William Dale Banks of Campton, Kentucky, Robert William Fortner (Cheranda) of Campton, Kentucky, David Wayne Fortner of Campton, Kentucky, Penny Amanda Long of Campton, Candi Renee Clifford of Berea and Marlena Nicole Phillips of Campton, Kentucky; and his sister Sherry Lowery of Berea, Kentucky. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Porter & Son Funeral Directors (769 Main St, Campton, KY 41301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Porter & Son Funeral Directors Chapel (769 Main St, Campton, KY 41301).
