He is survived by: his wife Linda Bryant Patton of Campton, Kentucky; his sons, Robert Lee Patton, Jr. (Michelle) of Campton, Kentucky, Richard Patton (Dakota) of Campton, Kentucky and Kelse Patton (Shelly) of Campton, Kentucky; his birth mother Elizabeth Patton of Campton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Logan Patton, Oliver Patton, Drew Lykins, Lucas Tolson, Stanlee Patton and Brasen Dunn; and his siblings, Kelly Tolson of Campton, Kentucky, Michael Tolson of Campton, Kentucky, Perry Tolson of Campton, Kentucky, Paul Tolson of Campton, Kentucky, Danny Tolson of Campton, Kentucky, Brenda Patton, Linda Sue Patton, Elsie Tolson Rose, Rosie Tolson and Wanda Fletcher.
