She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dickey and Julia Fraley Dickey; and her siblings, Gary Trent and Barbara Cone. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Gene Halsey of Campton, Kentucky; her sons, Russell Halsey (Robin) of Paintsville, Darrell Rhett Halsey (Gail) of Campton, Kentucky and Alan Ryan Halsey (Serina) of Campton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hall (Adam), Alex Halsey (Travis), Savannah Halsey, Jacob Halsey, Alan Asher Halsey and Remington Halsey; and her siblings, Millard "Bub" Walters of Ft. Lauterdale, Sheila Coker of Williston and Greta Rawley of Port St.
