She is survived by: her husband Kelly Banks of Gilmore, Kentucky; her children, Melvin Banks of Newport, Mike Banks of Hazel Green, Kentucky and Rita Brewer (Greg) of Campton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Chance Banks, Becky Banks, Jessica Green (Josh), Ashley Brewer and Josh Brewer; and her great grandchildren, Jayme, Alex, Baylee, Hannah, Gavin and Brantley.
