He is survived by: his mother Anna Endicott Kimbril (Twitchell) of Florala, Alabama; his wife Patricia Fletcher Welch Watson of Campton, Kentucky; his sons, Walter Welch of Campton, Kentucky and William Welch of Campton, Kentucky; his sisters, Elizabeth Beaurita Lovejoy of Campbellsville, Joanna Marie Cotton (David) of Enterprise and Joanna Grace Watson of Pikeville, Kentucky; and his mother-in-law Sharon Kay Fletcher.
