She was predeceased by: her husband Ruford Lee Peck. She is survived by: her parents, Cyrus Tapley of Campton, Kentucky and Diana McQuinn Brewer of Campton, Kentucky; and her sister Cyndi Tapley of Campton, Kentucky.
