He was predeceased by: his father Randal Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Penny Craft Mauk (Dennis) of Campton; his father-in-law Dennis E. Mauk of Campton, Kentucky; his grandparents, Albert, Bonnie Campbell of Jackson, Kentucky, Forest and Eulene Craft of Campton, Kentucky; his brother Dennis Michael Mauk of Campton, Kentucky; his stepsiblings, Kyle Mauk (Laura) of South Gate, Kentucky and Kayla Mauk of Grayson, Kentucky; his aunt Teresa Brewster (Bryan) of Sweetwater, Tennessee; his niece Raylynn Herron of Grayson, Kentucky; his uncle Timothy Craft (Linda) of London; and his caregivers, Seth and Kayla Gabbard of Vancleve, Kentucky..
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Boone Fork Church (2919 KY-205, Vancleve, KY 41385).
