She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Faulkner and Grace Dale Faulkner; and her siblings, Austin Dale Faulkner, George Ray Faulkner and Mildred Jean Terry.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Ashley (Holly) of Lexington and William Dale Ashley (Tiffanie) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Erica Russell, Morgan Ashley and David Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Doug Russell and Viviana Russell.
