She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry "Bill" and Pearlie Havens Perry; her son Marcus Lynn "Mark" Banks; and her siblings, Paul Perry, Robert Perry, Walter Perry, Ruby Campbell and Delphia Hollon.
She is survived by: her children, Greg "Bubba" Banks (Sherrie) of Campton, Kentucky, Michael Banks (Melinda) of Campton, Kentucky, Logan Wade Banks (Martha) of Campton, Kentucky, Bobby Banks of Campton, Kentucky and Cassie Banks (Eric Barnett) of Campton, Kentucky; and her siblings, Danny Perry (Katherine) of Campton, Billy Perry of Rogers and Lucille Lykins of Campton, Kentucky.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
