He is survived by: his wife Patty Marie Wright Smith of West Liberty, Kentucky; his children, Timothy Smith (Janet) of Elliott County, Matthew Smith (Genell) of Morgan County, Kentucky, Hank Smith (Becky) of Morgan County, Kentucky and Audra Smith Hall (Trempas) of Magoffin County, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nathan Scott Smith, Matthew Lynn Smith, Jr., Gracie Lee Neveah Smith, Lucas Troy Hall, Adeline Lauralee Smith and Shepherd McKade Hall; his great grandchild Elijah Reed Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Williams of West Liberty, Kentucky and Jimmy Howard of West Liberty, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
