She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arnold Williams and Delphia Auxier Williams; her spouse Donnie Bailey of Campton, Kentucky.; her children, Randy (Sharon Back) of Salyersville and Melinda Bailey of Campton; her nephew James Risner; and her siblings, Carolyn Sue Williams of Camargo, Eunice Arnett of Mount Sterling, Gloria (Mike Bailey) of West Liberty, Roy Williams of West Liberty, Virgil Williams, Johnnie Williams, James Edward Williams, Eve Mae Higgens (Dolly), Imogene Higgins, Angeline Williams and Jewel Marie Harris. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She spent many hours doing the Lord's work, collecting donations and help people in need.
