He is survived by: his mother Pauletta King Bryant of Campton, Kentucky; his children, Tyler Alexander of Campton, Kentucky, Joseph Blake Banks of Campton, Kentucky, Jade Banks of Campton, Jazmyne Banks of Campton, Kylee Jo Banks of Campton and Annsleigh Faith Banks of Frenchburg, Kentucky; his siblings, Phillip Hall (Jamie) of Campton, Kentucky, Joshua Banks of Campton, Kentucky, Jesse Banks of Campton, Kentucky, Jessica Gordillo of Lansing and Dana Banks of Lansing; and his nephew Dustin Banks.
