He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brewer Phipps of Campton, Kentucky; his daughter Heather Dawn Shumaker (Tim) of Campton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nicholas Huff of Mount Sterling and Alivia Shumaker of Campton, Kentucky; and his siblings, Charles Phipps (Brenda) of Hazel Green, Dannie Phipps (Billie) of Jackson, Douglas Phipps (Kaye) of Campton, Brian Phipps (Paula) of Campton, Barbara Phipps of Canton, Sandy Nickell of Mount Sterling and Jackie Murphy of Jeffersonville.
