She was predeceased by: her parents, William Taft and Roxie Nickell Salley of Virginia; her husband Hiram Isaac Creech; and her siblings, James Salley, Hargis Salley, Mary Smith, Frances Sexton, Virley Salley, Donna Faye Salley and Marie Salley.
She is survived by: her children, William Hiram Creech of Clay City, Kentucky, Mary Frances McReynolds (Alan) of Deerfield and Barbara Sue Case (Bruce) of Foster, Kentucky; and her siblings, George Salley of Goffs Corner, Kentucky and Brenda Sparks of Winchester, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
