He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Risner and Delphia Risner Cravens; and his daughter Crystal White. He is survived by: his wife Vickie White Risner of Campton, Kentucky; his daughter Lisa Hoskins (Patrick) of Grassy Creek, Kentucky; his grandsons, Ethan Tincher (Cassie Lawson), Jacob Hoskins, Levi Hoskins and Noah Dunn; his great grandchildren, Lucas Tincher and Dalton Tincher; and his siblings, Douglas Risner (Shirley), Ronald Risner of Shockey Fork, Patricia Bailey (Tim) of Belknap, Stephanie Releford of Campton and Vicky Nickell (Joey) of Shockey Fork.
