He is survived by: his close friends, Carl, Vernon, Wayne and Gerald; his wife Joy Taulbee Rose; his children, Leann Rose (Dustin Flinchum), Cassie Holland (AJ Holland), Patience Roarke and Landon Rose; his grandchildren, Aurora and Jace; and his sisters, Mattie Helton, Annabell Terrill and Shirley Lykins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
