He is survived by: his mother Lucille Noble Lovins of Campton, Kentucky; his children, Caleb Michael (Harley Fugate) of Jackson, Nate Lovins of Paintsville, Kentucky, Bella Lovins of Richmond and Emily Lovins of Oklahoma; his siblings, Harv Gabbard (Laura) of Hazel Green, Cain Noble of Campton, Kentucky, Jenni Rose (James) of Campton, Kentucky and Nikki Noble of Campton, Kentucky; his uncle Gregory Rose; his niece Abby Gail Rose (Ethan); his nephew Troy Rose; and his close friend Dave Neace.
