He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Henderson and Judy Brown Parks; and his sisters, Bonnie Dunn and Regina Blake Henderson. He is survived by: his children, Max Henderson, Kelsie Jo Henderson and Judy Faith Henderson; his stepfather Arnold Parks; his brother Jerry Henderson of Campton, Kentucky; his half-brothers, Daniel Parks (Brandy) of Campton, Kentucky and Roman Parks (Heather Risner) of Campton, Kentucky; and his sister Melissa Wilson (Walt Riddle) of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
