He is survived by: his mother Bessie Tilley Quillen Tibbs (Howard) of Neon, Kentucky; his wife Sherry Dalton Quillen of Campton, Kentucky; his daughter Hope Blevins of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jackson Blevins, Grayson Blevins and Khloe Clark; his brothers, Joe Quillen of Neon and Donnie Quillen of Middletown, Ohio; his stepbrothers, Josh Tibbs and Abraham Tibbs of Middletown; and his father-in-law Ernie Dalton.
