He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Campbell and Opal King Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Willa Tyra Campbell; his siblings, Greg Campbell (Shannon) and Connie Campbell; his niece Chelcie Tyra; and his brother Steve Graham.
