He is survived by: his children, James Lykins of Gilmore, Kentucky, Karen Lykins of Gilmore, Kentucky and Terry Lykins of Gilmore, Kentucky; and his siblings, Luther Lykins of Gilmore, Larry Risner of Ezel and Callie Profitt of Dayton, Ohio.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
