He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Taulbee and Audra Rose Taulbee; his wife Janice Faye Brewer Taulbee; and his brothers, Edgar Justin Taulbee, J. W. Taulbee and Junior Taulbee.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Taulbee of Dayton, Ohio, Andrea Goforth (Bob) of Florence and Rhonda Taulbee of Campton, Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
