He was predeceased by: his parents, Osa Lindon and Eunice Lawson Brewer; his brothers, H. C. Lindon (Charles) and George Daniel Lindon; his half-brother Stanley Lindon; and his sisters, Alene Miller and Oglene Lindon.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Simmons Lindon; his stepmother Anna Lou Lindon of Campton, Kentucky; his half-brother Todd Lindon (Rachel) of Pine Ridge, Kentucky; his brother-in-law David Miller of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his sisters, Irene Hollon of Campton, Kentucky, Kathleen Lindon (Bill Johns) of Winchester, Kentucky, Glenda Martinez (Jorge) of Winchester, Kentucky and Linda Cruse of Winchester, Kentucky; his half-sister Christine Lindon of Lexington, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Cathy Lindon of Winchester, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
