She is survived by: her husband Eddie Lee Hensley of Campton, Kentucky; her children, Chris Fallen (Kim) of Campton, Kentucky, Chad Fallen (Brittany) of Campton, Kentucky and Kayla Whisman (Dewayne) of Campton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Liberty, Chance, Brayden, Channing, Presley, Karlee, Khloe and Addison; her siblings, Anthony Taulbee (Darlene) and Peggy Brown (Lowell) of Belknap; and her sister-in-law Melissa Taulbee.
