She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Tipton and Shirley Ann Fraley Vandyke; and her brothers, Jamie Tipton and Irvin Phillips. She is survived by: her children, B. J. Bryant of Tar Ridge, Kentucky, Shelly Hatton (Noah) of Campton and Alicia Parks of Tar Ridge, Kentucky; the father of her children Brack Bryant; and her siblings, Terry Tipton of Campton, George Tipton, Jr. of Ohio, Fred Tipton of Dayton, Ohio, Rhonda Tipton of Christmas and Joyce Handlon of Winchester, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
