He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Beach Risner of Campton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jayden Tyler Risner, Tate Jameson Risner and Jayce Alexander Howard; and his brother-in-law Dallas W. Flint of Nicholasville, Kentucky..
