She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Russell and Anna Whisman Russell; her husband Corbett Pelfrey; her son James Pelfrey; and her siblings, Agnes Russell Connely, Reed, Lee, Lawrence, John, Elbert, Kenneth, Elisha Monroe (EM), Robert (Bobby) and Byrl Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Lacy (Jim) of Campton, Kentucky, Pam Miller (Dave) of Campton, Kentucky and Lawrence Pelfrey (Brenda) of Frankfort, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jim Lacy (Penny), Leah Luke (Josh), Michael Pelfrey (Jamie), Holly Miller Graham, Casey Miller and Tarah Spencer (Phillip); her stepgrandchildren, Diane Lyon (Gary), Klint Burk (Jamie) and Kendra Wolfe (Todd); her sister-in-law Patsy Wright Russell of Salt Lick, Kentucky.; and her niece Joyce Morrison. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; fourteen step great grandchildren and four step great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Porter & Son Funeral Directors (769 Main St, Campton, KY 41301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Porter & Son Funeral Directors Chapel (769 Main St, Campton, KY 41301).
