He is survived by: his sons, Scottie Brashears (Mary) of Salyersville and Keith Mullins (Jenny) of Hazel Green, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Craig Bays (Clarissa) of West Liberty, Kentucky and Kim Helton of Salyersville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Savannah Mullins (Chase Thompson), Brayden Brashears, Allie Mullins, Madison Mullins, Colton Edward Bays and Charles Grant Helton; and his great grandchild Lakenna Thompson.
