She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert W. "Bob" Letton, Jr.; her mother Darlene Rudd Porter of Campton, Kentucky; her children, Lewis Conrad Letton (Kylie) of Yukon, Oklahoma and Haley Ashton Letton (Ted) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her grandson Griffin James Letton of Yukon, Oklahoma; her siblings, James Franklin Porter (Lynda) of Campton, Kentucky and Dianna Lewis Porter of Campton, Kentucky; her mother-in-law Gerre Letton of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; and her brother-in-law Bill Letton (Lorrie) of Georgia. She is also survived by four nephews; four nieces; three great-nieces and two great-nephews.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Arthritis Society Foundation.
