He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Junior and Margie Taylor Dunn; and his brother Emery Dunn. He is survived by: his daughter Ivory Dunn of Campton, Kentucky; his siblings, Michael Dunn of Duluth, Eugene Dunn of Campton, Felix Ray Dunn of Irvine, Johnny Dunn of Campton, Kentucky and Peggy Ann Dunn of Campbellsville, Kentucky; his great-nieces, Sierra Dunn and Danica Klatt; and his nephews, Jason Dunn and Jacob Dunn.
