He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Parks and Arpie Bradley Parks; and his sisters, Medie Tracy and Alice Parks. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen of Winchester, Kentucky and Susan of Winchester, Kentucky; and his siblings, Jim Parks of Nebraska, Vondaline Pearl Banks of Campton, Mildred Adkins of Frankfort and Georgetta Stewart of Louisville, Kentucky.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
