She was predeceased by: her parents, Armando Rizillo and Dora Somner Rizillo; her son Donald Ray Smith; and her siblings, Luther Zolia, Rosie Beverly, Illie Jent and Martha McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Harley Smith of Campton, Jettie Smith of Lima, Ohio, Jeanie Parks of Campton, Janie Smith of Campton and Vera Childs of Lima, Ohio; and her brother Angelo "Andy" Zolia of Campton, Kentucky.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
