She was predeceased by: her parents, E. B. Tyra and Katherine Vancleave Tyra; her husband Raleigh Lacy; and her siblings, Arthur Tyra, Herbert Tyra, Arnold Tyra, Edgar Tyra, Osa Tyra, Ova Tyra, Roy Tyra, Albert Tyra, Anna Miller, Ada Hollon, Mabel Hollon, Velma Hollon and Flora Tyra.

She is survived by: her sister Naomi Hollon of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
