He is survived by: his sons, Russell Halsey (Robin) of Paintsville, Darrell Rhett Halsey (Gail) of Campton, Kentucky and Alan Ryan Halsey (Serina) of Campton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hall (Adam), Alex Halsey (Travis), Savannah Halsey, Jacob Halsey, Alan Asher Halsey, Remington Halsey and Theodore Halsey; his great grandchild Brooks Douglas Hall; his brother Danny Halsey (Sharon) of Campton; and his half-brother Dennis Halsey of Kingsport, Tennessee..
