He is survived by: his wife Cecile Pigman of Campton, Kentucky; his children, Rhys Pigman, Eyan Pigman and Scott Avery of Campton, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Markie Vogler (Donna Capato) of Mobile and Matt Vogler (Anne) of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Vayne Avery, Gabriella Avery, Donovan Jax Capato-Vogler, Sasha Vogler and Zachary Vogler; his sisters, Patricia Miller (Jim) of Portsmouth and Dale Dufour (Christopher) of Lexington, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Derek Wooley of Georgetown, Evan Wooley of Ohio, Rebecca Irish of New York and Kylie Jude of Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, John Avery of Pennsylvania, Robert Avery of Georgia, Edward Avery of Woodbourne, Jim Avery of Ellenville, Bruce Avery of Napanoch and Teena Avery of Napanoch.
